[Experience Recap] HULUWEEN: NOW SCREAMING

Halloween season is coming to a close, but there’s still time to cram in a little extra spoopy goodness. Thankfully, Hulu has thrown something together that is quick, easy, and a little jaunt over to the Westside of Los Angeles. At the time of this write-up, all reservations for HULUWEEN: NOW SCREAMING have been taken. There is a stand-by line if they are able to accommodate, but it isn’t a guarantee in securing an opportunity to go through if you do not have a reservation.

Located at the Pacific Design Center, this outside experience fills up a pretty large space. It is a trek, so if you do have mobility issues, be forewarned that there is a fair amount of walking outside to get to the central location. Parking is available at the center for $15 and is the most convenient parking location in the area. If you are local and are able to rideshare, take that opportunity.

HULUWEEN: NOW SCREAMING is great for those looking for a little bit of fright with their social media photo opportunities. There are plenty of photo moments that are perfect for the ‘Gram, but be careful. You never know what might be lurking in the shadowy corners until it gets you. During our walk-through, the scare actors took advantage of the easy distractibility facilitated by the photo ops so there are plenty of moments for scares here that will surprise and delight.

For a quick pop-up experience, HULUWEEN: NOW SCREAMING was pretty darn delightful. Fusing photo ops with live scare actors portraying characters from familiar properties like Annabelle, Goosebumps, The Boogeyman, and more, it was a fun little cornucopia of familiar face characters for even the most casual of horror fans. A quick in-and-out venture, HULUWEEN: NOW SCREAMING features surprising scares and plenty for Halloween fans to enjoy in its short duration.

From October 29-October 31, Hulu will be taking over the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood with its immersive HULUWEEN: NOW SCREAMING experience.
