Yellow Veil Pictures announced they are launching international sales of WHERE THE DEVIL ROAMS, the latest feature from the celebrated Adams Family (Hellbender), and will introduce the film to buyers at the upcoming EFM. The company will co-represent North American rights with CAA Media Finance. The film wrapped principal photography in upstate New York and is currently in post-production.

The celebrated filmmaker trio — composed of John Adams, Toby Poser, and their daughter, Zelda Adams — known together as The Adams Family, took the industry by storm two years ago with explosive indie horror hit Hellbender, which marked their first pairing with Yellow Veil Pictures.

Acquired by AMC Network’s horror streaming service Shudder ahead of its world premiere at Montreal’s Fantasia International Film Festival in 2021, Hellbender would go on with the festival’s Best Actor (Zelda Adams) and Best Score (John Adams), and earn the #1 spot on Rotten Tomatoes’ list of 2022’s Best Rated Horror Films, and is currently nominated for Fangoria Magazine’s Chainsaw Award for Best Streaming Premiere Movie.

Set during Depression-era America, WHERE THE DEVIL ROAMS follows a family of murderous sideshow performers as they travel the dying carnival circuit.

In line with all their previous films, WHERE THE DEVIL ROAMS stars Toby Poser, Zelda Adams, and John Adams, who all share writing and directing credits, and is produced by Poser (Wonder Wheel Productions). Yellow Veil Pictures will share the first footage to buyers at the EFM later this month.
