After witnessing a bizarre, traumatic incident involving a patient, Dr. Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) starts experiencing frightening occurrences that she can’t explain. As an overwhelming terror begins taking over her life, Rose must confront her troubling past in order to survive and escape her horrifying new reality.

The film stars Sosie Bacon (“The Closer”, “13 Reasons Why”), Jessie T. Usher (Independence Day: Resurgence, “The Boys”), Kyle Gallner (The Haunting of Connecticut, Jennifer’s Body), Robin Weigert (“Deadwood”, Concussion), Caitlin Stasey (“Reign”, Tomorrow, When The War Began) with Kal Penn (Harold & Kumar Go To White Castle, “House”) and Rob Morgan (“Stranger Things”, Greyhound).

SMILE is written and directed by Parker Finn (Laura Hasn’t Slept, The Hidebehind).

The film is produced by Marty Bowen, Wyck Godfrey, Isaac Klausner, and Robert Salerno. It’s executive produced by Adam Fishbach.

SMILE will be available in theaters on September 30, 2022.
