Today, Netflix debuted first look photos of the highly-anticipated series, THE MIDNIGHT CLUB from Mike Flanagan and Trevor Macy’s Intrepid Pictures, and Leah Fong. The new series comes to Netflix on October 7.
THE MIDNIGHT CLUB takes place in 1994 at Brightcliffe Manor, a hospice with a mysterious history. Eight members of the Midnight Club meet each night at midnight to tell sinister stories – and to look for signs of the supernatural from the beyond. A new horror series from Mike Flanagan and Trevor Macy’s Intrepid Pictures (The Haunting of Hill House, Midnight Mass) and Leah Fong, based on the creative work of bestselling author Christopher Pike.
The series is based on the iconic works of Christopher Pike. Some of these stories include: WITCH, GIMME A KISS, ROAD TO NOWHERE, THE WICKED HEART. More titles to be revealed.
This is the fourth series for Flanagan and Macy at Netflix under their Intrepid Pictures overall deal, and their first series for the YA audience. Serving as Executive Producers are Flanagan, Macy, Fong, Jula
THE MIDNIGHT CLUB stars Iman Benson, Igby Rigney, Ruth Codd, Annarah Cymone, Chris Sumpter, Adia, Aya Furukawa, Sauriyan Sapkota, Matt Biedel, Samantha Sloyan, with Zach Gilford and Heather Langenkamp.
The 10 episodes series will debut on Netflix October 7, 2022.
