The synopsis is as follows:

“In 1979, a group of young filmmakers set out to make an adult film in rural Texas, but when their reclusive, elderly hosts catch them in the act, the cast soon find themselves in a desperate fight for their lives.”

Ti West’s X stars Mia Goth (Emma, A Cure for Wellness), Jenna Ortega (The Babysitter: Killer Queen, Yes Day), Martin Henderson (“Virgin River”, Everest), Brittany Snow (Pitch Perfect franchise, Prom Night), Owen Campbell (My Heart Can’t Beat Unless You Tell It To, The Strange Ones), Stephen Ure (The Lord of the Rings trilogy, “Legend of the Seeker”), and Scott Mescudi (Don’t Look Up, We Are Who We Are).

The film is directed and written by Ti West (You’re Next, In A Valley of Violence).

Ti West’s X will be released by A24 on March 18, 2022. If you ask me, the trailer more than sells the film with its slick edit. What do you guys think?
