Columbia Pictures, a Sony company, has revealed the final trailer for the next chapter in the Ghostbusters franchise titled GHOSTBUSTERS: AFTERLIFE. Make sure you check out the trailer below and let us know what you think!
From director Jason Reitman and producer Ivan Reitman, comes the next chapter in the original Ghostbusters universe. In GHOSTBUSTERS: AFTERLIFE, when a single mom and her two kids arrive in a small town, they begin to discover their connection to the original ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left behind.
The film stars Carrie Coon (“The Leftovers”, Gone Girl), Finn Wolfhard (It Chapter Two, The Turning) Mckenna Grace (Annabelle Comes Home, Bad Seed), Annie Potts (Toy Story 4, Pretty in Pink), and Paul Rudd (“Living with Yourself”, Ant-Man and the Wasp).
GHOSTBUSTERS: AFTERLIFE is directed by Jason Reitman (Tully, Up in the Air). Reitman also co-wrote the film with Gil Kenan (City of Ember, A Boy Called Christmas). The film is based on the 1984 film Ghostbusters, a film written by Dan Aykroyd (The Blues Brothers, Trading Places) and Harold Ramis (Groundhog Day, Stripes).
The film is produced by Ivan Reitman (Ghostbusters, Kindergarten Cop). It is executive produced by Dan Aykroyd, Gil Kenan, Jason Blumenfeld (Tully), and Michael Beugg (Crossing Over, My All American).
