Supernatural terror and spine-tingling suspense highlight this gripping journey into fear. When Cami orders a taxi service to take her to her father’s country home, she’s hoping for a quiet and uneventful ride. But a wrong turn by Spencer, her chatty driver, results in the car stalling on a dark and remote road. After several threatening and inexplicable occurrences, Cami and Spencer realize they are being watched—by an unseen presence that sees them as trespassers, and is ready to exact a deadly toll.
THE TOLL stars Jordan Hayes (House at the End of the Street, Almost Anything), Max Topplin (“Suits”, Carrie), James McGowan (All the Good Ones Are Married, Pyewacket), and Rosemary Dunsmore (When Love Is Not Enough: The Lois Wilson Story, How to Plan an Orgy in a Small Town).
The film is directed and written by Michael Nader. Nader produces alongside Jordan Hayes and William Day Frank (Flock of Four, Long Time Listener, First Time Caller). The directorial debut from writer/director Michael Nader was set to premiere last year at SXSW 2020 before the festival was canceled. Now it shall get its day to be viewed by eager fans!
