Yesterday it was announced by Stephen King that MR. MERCEDES Season 3 will start streaming on Peacock on March 4th. The third season will be based on Stephen King’s novel “Finders Keepers”. Make sure you check out the trailer below and let us know what you think!

Based on the best-selling Bill Hodges trilogy (Mr. Mercedes, Finders Keepers, and End of Watch) by Stephen King, MR. MERCEDES returns for its much-anticipated third season. When beloved local author John Rothstein is found murdered, Hodges, Holly, and Jerome, along with local police, must track down his killer. But this case is more complex than the cold-blooded killing of an American icon. Unpublished novels of Rothstein’s were stolen from his home, and they are worth millions. As the case unfolds, the trio learns that although Brady Hartsfield may be gone, his depravity lives on in the lives of his victims.

MR. MERCEDES Season 3 stars Brendan Gleeson (“The Comey Rule”, Braveheart), Justine Lupe (“Succession”, “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel”), Jharrel Jerome (“When They See Us”, Selah And The Spades), Breeda Wool (AWOL, Craters of the Moon), Holland Taylor (“Two and a Half Men”, “Hollywood”), Kate Mulgrew (“Orange Is the New Black”, “Cheers”), Gabriel Ebert (Jane Wants a Boyfriend, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks), Maximiliano Hernández (Captain America: The Winter Soldier, “The Americans”), and Rarmian Newton (“Tell Me a Story”, “NOS4A2“).

The series also stars Josh Daugherty (“Ghost Whisperer”, “NCIS”), Claire Bronson (Greenland, Just Mercy), Brett Gelman (“Fleabag”, “Stranger Things”), Bruce Dern (The Hateful Eight, Silent Running), Glynn Turman (Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, “The Wire”), Natalie Paul (“The Deuce”, Into The Dark: Delivered), Patch Darragh (The First Purge, Cam), and Meg Steedle (“Boardwalk Empire”, “The Mysteries of Laura”).

David E. Kelley wrote and executive produced season three with Stephen King, along with executive producer Jonathan Shapiro. Jack Bender serves as director and executive producer.

MR. MERCEDES is produced by Sonar Entertainment and Temple Hill Entertainment.

Season three of MR. MERCEDES premieres on Thursday, March 4 on Peacock. All 10 episodes will drop at once. Seasons one and two are now streaming on Peacock.
