A feverish horror film set in rural New England, where strange cravings and hallucinations befall a young couple after seeking shelter in the home of an aging farmer and her peculiar son.
HONEYDEW tells the story of a young couple (played by Sawyer Spielberg and Malin Barr) who are forced to seek shelter in the home of an aging farmer (Barbara Kingsley) and her peculiar son, when they suddenly begin having strange cravings and hallucinations taking them down a rabbit hole of the bizarre.
Directed and written by Devereux Milburn and produced by Dan Kennedy and Alan Pierson, the film stars Sawyer Spielberg in his introductory role, alongside Malin Barr (Skyscraper, “The Beating Hearts Chronicles”) and Barbara Kingsley (“Jessica Jones”, Middleground).
The film will be in theaters on March 12, 2021. HONEYDEW will then be available On Demand and Digital on April 13, 2021.
