Netflix has released the official trailer for the upcoming horror thriller, HIS HOUSE. Make sure you check out the trailer below and let us know what you think. The film originally premiered at the Sundance International Film Festival on January 27, 2020.

After making a harrowing escape from war-torn South Sudan, a young refugee couple struggle to adjust to their new life in a small English town that has an unspeakable evil lurking beneath the surface.

HIS HOUSE stars Ṣọpẹ́ Dìrísù (“Gangs of London”, “His Dark Materials“, “Humans”), Wunmi Mosaku (“Lovecraft Country“, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, “The End of the F***ing World“), and Matt Smith (“Doctor Who”, Charlie Says, Morbius).

The film is directed and written by Remi Weekes (“Fright Bites”, Metamorphosis: Titian 2012). The screenplay is adapted from the story created by Felicity Evans and Toby Venables (“It Ain’t Broke”).

The film is produced by New Regency’s Arnon Milchan, Vertigo Entertainment’s Roy Lee, Martin Gentles and Edward King of Starchild Pictures, and Aidan Elliott in association with BBC. It is executive produced by New Regency’s Yariv Milchan, Michael Schaefer, and Natalie Lehman, BBC Films’ Eva Yates, Stuart Manashil, and Steven Schneider.

HIS HOUSE will be released exclusively on Netflix on October 30, 2020.
