The feature directorial debut Jeffrey A. Brown, THE BEACH HOUSE is an indie apocalyptic sci-fi thriller that presents an alluring mix of scorching seaside imagery, claustrophobic isolation, mysterious contagion and gruesome body horror, with a breakout lead performance from Liana Liberato. A hit on the festival circuit, and coming soon to streaming!

A romantic getaway turns into a struggle for survival when unexpected guests – and eventually the environment – exhibit signs of a mysterious infection

Escaping to his family’s beach house to reconnect, Emily and Randall find their off-season trip interrupted by Mitch and Jane Turner, an older couple acquainted with Randall’s estranged father. Unexpected bonds form as the couples let loose and enjoy the isolation, but it all takes an ominous turn as increasingly strange environmental phenomena begin to warp their peaceful evening. As the effects of an infection become evident, Emily struggles to make sense of the contagion before it’s too late.

THE BEACH HOUSE stars Liana Liberato (Banana Split, Hulu’s Light as a Feather), Noah Le Gros (A Score To Settle), Jake Weber (Dawn Of The Dead, Meet Joe Black) and Maryann Nagel.

It was produced by Andrew D. Corkin (We Are What We Are, A Vigilante), Tyler Davidson (Take Shelter, The Signal), Sophia Lin (Take Shelter, Compliance).

The film was fully financed by Davidson’s Low Spark Films. AMP International is representing all other international territories and will be presenting the film at the upcoming AFM.
