Uncork’d Entertainment has revealed the brand new poster, trailer, and DVD and Digital release day for their upcoming witchy horror, THE CANDY WITCH. Make sure you check out the trailer below and let us know what you think.
Two ghost hunters are called upon a distressed family who claims they are being tormented by an evil spirit known in their local town as THE CANDY WITCH. But as the mystery of her curse is uncovered, surprising and sinister turns are discovered around THE CANDY WITCH‘s identity. Their hardest case yet, can they solve this evil curse before more people are killed by the demonic spirit?
From writer-director Rebecca J. Matthews (Pet Graveyard, Bats: The Awakening), and starring Kate Lush (The Vampire King, The Mermaid’s Curse), Abi Casson Thompson (Tlaloc Sacrificium, HellKat), Heather Jackson (The Phantom of the Opera at the Royal Albert Hall, “High Road”), and Richard D. Myers (Virtual Death Match, My Friend the Polish Girl).
The film is produced by Rebecca J. Matthews and Scott Jeffrey (Witches of Amityville Academy, Toothfairy 2). Jeff Miller (The Russian Bride, Death Kiss) serves as the executive producer of the project. The production design is by Molly Craggs (Baghdad In My Shadow, Silent Place). The cinematography is by Ben Collin (Today I Daydreamed That I Killed Tom From Work, ClownDoll).
THE CANDY WITCH serves up sweet death on June 9, 2020, on DVD and Digital from Uncork’d Entertainment.
