Fright-Rags wishes John Carpenter a happy 72nd birthday with a limited edition design dedicated to the master of horror. A new House of 1000 Corpses collection has also been released.
Fright-Rags’ John Carpenter tribute is available on T-shirts and zip-up hoodies now through Sunday, January 19. From Halloween to The Thing to They Live and beyond, Nathan Thomas Milliner’s artwork is peppered with references to the director’s entire filmography.
Fright-Rags’ House of 1000 Corpses collection features three new designs, including a Haunted Mansion-style album cover and a tribute to the late Sid Haig’s iconic role as Captain Spaulding. Rob Zombie’s directorial debut has also received two enamel pins, a classic shirt reprint, and Captain Spaulding socks.
The synopsis of House of 1000 Corpses is as follows: An empty fuel tank and a flat tire lead two couples down a terror-riddled road to the House of 1000 Corpses. House of 1000 Corpses is at its core a story of family – a cast of twisted individuals who, with each slash of a throat or stab thru the chest, add bodies to their sick human menagerie.
John Carpenter and House of 1000 Corpses apparel is available now via Fright-Rags.com.
