Other mentors will include Midsommar producer, Patrik Andersson; cinematographer of Annabelle, Netflix’s Hush and the upcoming The Haunting of Bly Manor, James Kniest; screenwriter of “Legion”, Peter Schink; and director Xavier Neal-Burgin of the horror documentary Horror Noire: A History of Black Horror.
The mentors will give one-time meetings to winning filmmakers of the HorrOrigins Film Festival in their respective career fields. During the meetings, the filmmakers will get the opportunity to ask industry questions, advice and what to expect on their journey into the filmmaking industry. It will be an exciting experience for independent horror filmmakers looking for words of wisdom from industry professionals.
Approaching its second year, HorrOrigins Film Festival is excited to announce the 2020 HorrOrigins Film Festival is officially open and accepting submissions.
