Ahead of its release this Friday, A24 has released a brand new official clip from their upcoming horror film IN FABRIC. Make sure you check out the clip below and let us know what you think.

A lonely woman (Marianne Jean-Baptiste), recently separated from her husband, visits a bewitching London department store in search of a dress that will transform her life. She’s fitted with a perfectly flattering, artery-red gown—which, in time, will come to unleash a malevolent curse and unstoppable evil, threatening everyone who comes into its path.

From acclaimed horror director Peter Strickland (the singular auteur behind the sumptuous sadomasochistic romance The Duke of Burgundy and auditory gaillo-homage Berberian Sound Studio) comes a truly nightmarish film, at turns frightening, seductive, and darkly humorous. Channeling voyeuristic fantasies of high fashion and bloodshed, In Fabric is Strickland’s most twisted and brilliantly original vision yet.

IN FABRIC stars Marianne Jean-Baptiste (“Broadchurch”, “Blindspot”), Gwendoline Christie (“Game of Thrones”, Welcome to Marwen), Jaygann Ayeh (The Souvenir, Les Misérables), Fatma Mohamed (The Field Guide to Evil, The Duke of Burgundy), Hayley Squires (Collateral, “The Miniaturist”), and Leo Bill (“Taboo”, Rare Beasts).

The film is produced by Ian Benson (The Weekend, Confetti), Andrew Boswell (Unlocked, Six Days), Hilary Davis (Belle, The Hole in the Ground), Lizzie Francke (Lean on Pete, The Selfish Giant), Rose Garnett (Dark River, Room), Phil Hunt (Freeheld, War on Everyone), Stephen Kelliher (A Kid Like Jake, Papi Chulo), Compton Ross (Ashby, Detour), Andrew Starke (Kill List, Sightseers), and Sunny Vohra (Tell It to the Bees, The Hungry).

IN FABRIC will be released in theaters this Friday, December 6. The film premiered at the 2018 Toronto International Film Festival and continued on the festival circuit where the film has been receiving rave reviews.
