When a 12-year-old boy goes missing, lead investigator Greg Harper (Jon Tenney) struggles to balance the pressure of the investigation and troubles with his wife, Jackie (Helen Hunt). Facing a recent affair, great strain is put on the family that slowly gnaws away at Jackie’s grip on reality. But after a malicious presence manifests itself in their home and puts their son, Connor (Judah Lewis), in mortal danger, the cold, hard truth about evil in the Harper household is finally uncovered.
Adam Randall’s (iBoy, Level Up) thriller I SEE YOU made its World Premiere at the SXSW Film Festival earlier this year. The film stars Academy Award® Winner Helen Hunt (As Good as It Gets, Cast Away), Jon Tenney (Legion, “Major Crimes”), Judah Lewis (The Babysitter, Summer of 84), Owen Teague (IT, Every Day), Libe Barer (“Sneaky Pete”, “Those Who Can’t”), Greg Alan Williams (Brightburn, “Greenleaf”), Erika Alexander (Get Out, “The Cosby Show”), and Allison King (Sick Note, Shanghai Knights). The film is penned by Devon Graye (“Dexter”, 13 Sins).
The film is a Zodiac Features Production presented by Bankside Films in association with Head Gear Films, Metrol Technology and Kreo Films and in association with Quickfire Films and Zodiac Holdings. Matt Waldeck produces for Zodiac Features, while Ben Hecht serves as executive producer for Zodiac, alongside Stephen Kelliher for Bankside Films, Phil Hunt and Compton Ross for Head Gear Films and James Atherton and Jan Pace for Quickfire Films.
Saban Films remains active in the acquisition and distribution space, and recently announced their partnership with Kevin Smith’s highly-anticipated Jay and Silent Bob Reboot, coming on board from script stage for the sequel to the 2001 comedy Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. Its upcoming slate includes: Casey Affleck’s directorial debut Light of My Life; The Professor starring Johnny Depp; Brian De Palma’s Domino starring Nikolaj Coster-Waldau; and Derrick Borte’s American Dreamer starring Jim Gaffigan.
I SEE YOU will be available in theaters nationwide and on Digital and On Demand on December 6, 2019.
