Sony Pictures is heading to New York Comic-Con (NYCC) next month in anticipation of Nicolas Pesce’s reimagining of the horror classic, THE GRUDGE.

Appearing during NYCC will be the film’s producer Sam Raimi, who will be making his first New York Comic Con appearance, along with director Nicolas Pesce (The Eyes of My Mother, Piercing), and cast members Betty Gilpin (Netflix’s Glow) and Lin Shaye (Insidious).

The panel will be taking place on Thursday, October 3rd at 4pm on the Main Stage of the Javits Center.

THE GRUDGE is scheduled for release in 2020 and centers around a house that is cursed by a vengeful ghost that dooms those who enter it with a violent death. The film also stars Andrea Riseborough and William Sadler.
