[News] THE WHY Debut Immersive Show from Dakota Loesch Launches Kickstarter

Actor Dakota Loesch is stepping into the producer role and has launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund his debut immersive theatre series, THE WHY. Loesch presents a four-part experience taking place over four consecutive weekends in June 2019.

You may know him from his performances in immersive shows such as Agnosia (2018) or Why I Want to Fuck Ronald Reagan (2017) by Ceaseless Fun. Maybe you fell in love with him as Clovis the Clown in CoAct Production’s The Sideshow (2018) or caught his appearance in Meow Wolf’s The Navigator (2018) pop-up at Leapcon. Perhaps you even saw him slay the lead role in the newly released film Love Shot (2019).

THE WHY invites a group of twenty participants to congregate together at a secret storefront location in East LA. There, the Founder (Loesch) will conduct an hour-long Session offering audience members the rare chance to join a newly established religious movement. With each chapter exploring our desire for purpose in life, you will find that beneath the extravagant sermons and entangled theories lies a man attempting to escape his own personal tragedies.

Join us for just one session or come for all four if the spirit moves you! Each chapter can stand alone but participating in all four is sure to reveal a much larger story. These unique experiences will illuminate further who we are, what we believe, and WHY we believe it.
