Fantasia Film Festival 2018 Short Film Review: THE INVADERS

It's always a pleasure for me to check out newer short films. Some shorts that I've seen hold a place in my heart with other films I refer to as gold. I recently had the opportunity to check out THE INVADERS by Mateo Márquez and was actually shocked by how much I liked it. The following is a brief plot overview of the short from IMDB

Movie Review: DEAD NIGHT (2018)

Yo genre fiends! I'm back with my personal insight on a real doozy of a film titled DEAD NIGHT. The film is directed by Brad Baruh and is being released by Dark Sky Films (Victor Crowley, House of the Devil, We Are Still Here). For a description of the plot I turned to IMDB:

Boston Underground Short Film Review: SEPPUCUCKOO

There isn't much preface to a short film about honor driven ritualistic suicide. However, there are some very important things to note about this film. SEPPUCUCKOO appears to be the type of film that delivers whatever message you take away from it as there is no dialogue and the runtime is only two minutes and 31 seconds.

Boston Underground Short Film Review: KNOCK KNOCK II

Boston Underground Short Film Review: KNOCK KNOCK II

I always love a good short film that provides absolutely no context. That is exactly what I got from watching KNOCK KNOCK II. Having not seen the first one (if there even is a first one) may have been the reason I felt the film was lacking content; however, I enjoyed checking it out regardless.

Hello my fellow friends of the strange and spooky. I just checked out something that I find to be absolutely brilliant but do not let the title fool you. This was a short film titled DEATH VAN by Michael Enzbrunner.

Boston Underground Short Film Review: A/S/L

Boston Underground Short Film Review: A/S/L
