Nothing says October like a ghost story. And as time passes and technology gets better, we are more and more intent on catching evidence of the paranormal for tiny morsels of information on what the afterlife might be. Well, it seems one school in Cork, Ireland might be getting their fill on ghostly happenings.
A video is being passed around the internet of footage captured after hours on a CCTV on what seems to be a very irritated poltergeist at Deerpark CBS. Now, before you argue with me on what a poltergeist is, I will welcome you to watch the video and see what I mean.
That is one active apparition. While there is no way of telling whether or not the video is real, it is pretty compelling. It doesn’t look like at CGI was used and you can see nearly all angles and the coverage of activity is pretty wide. With over 7 million views on YouTube, the rest of the world is trying to figure out the mystery too.
And based on the footage that is a pissed off specter. According to HelloGiggles, the footage was caught on October 1st at 3am. Because the video seems so good, people are accusing the school of falsifying evidence but the school’s principal, Aaron Wolfe, fervently denies the accusations stating to UNILAD:
“If it’s a prank we don’t know how it was done. Motion sensors were set off at this time, that’s how it was caught”
Deerpark CBS isn’t a freshman to strange activity as a staff member staying overnight to tend to some birds heard “the last call” being played on trumpets and refused to complete the night. Students hear crying, feel chills in the halls, and see lights go on and off through the night.
I don’t know about you, but their school seems much more interesting than mine ever did. What did you think of the video? Is it real or a really good prank? Let us know!
