[News] Freestyle Digital Media Acquires THE SOURCE OF SHADOWS

Freestyle Digital Media, the digital film distribution division of Byron Allen’s Entertainment Studios, has acquired North American rights to the horror anthology feature THE SOURCE OF SHADOWS. THE SOURCE OF SHADOWS will be available to rent and own on North American digital HD internet, cable, and satellite platforms through Freestyle Digital Media on April 28, 2020.

THE SOURCE OF SHADOWS is a suspenseful anthology film which depicts ten tales of horror from twelve visionary directors as they take viewers on a journey to experience one of humanity’s most carnal fears – the fear of the unknown. This series of short vignettes weaves together dire tales of the creatures we can’t always see, the shadows hiding around the corner, the mysterious sounds in the darkness and much more. THE SOURCE OF SHADOWS offers up a chance for viewers to ask themselves: “What are we afraid of?”

Produced by Ryan Bury, Vic May, Eugeni Shebshavevich, and Kayla Vosburg, THE SOURCE OF SHADOWS features an ensemble cast including Vic May (‘Vincent’), Lindsay Rathert (‘Alyssa’), and Mathias Retamal (‘The Hunter’).

Caleb Ward, Director of Acquisitions for Freestyle Digital Media, negotiated the deal to acquire THE SOURCE OF SHADOWS with Ryan Bury of MPX Films.
