TV host and actor, James Corden is bringing us a mobile karaoke experience like no other, and we got to try it out at the 2019 San Diego Comic-Con!
When I first heard about CBS The Late Late Show‘s Carpool Karaoke, located off-site at Petco Park, I thought it was going to be a singing and riding experience like on the series, not singing in a parked car. However, it made way more sense when I saw the setup, and moving or not, we had a blast!
It was super easy to use the microphone; you just tune-in via FM radio, pair your mobile device and get ready to rock. We chose to sing Everybody by Backstreet Boys, and we were having so much fun and laughing so hard we could hardly finish the song. Having The Mic on road-trips would make them super entertaining, but you could just as easily use The Mic while hanging out in a parking lot waiting for something, or even at home.
It was a quick, fun activation at San Diego Comic-Con, but totally something that I want to be able to do at any time. I’m defiantly gonna have to get my hands on one for my car! The Carpool Karaoke Mic is available for purchase here for $59.99.
