Natalia Reyes, right, and Mackenzie Davis star in Skydance Productions and Paramount Pictures’ “TERMINATOR: DARK FATE.”

Paramount Pictures has released the first teaser trailer from TERMINATOR: DARK FATE and, honestly, I really loved it. Granted, I have not seen a single Terminator film out there, so my opinion may be dismissed and invalid, but I liked the trailer. So, sue me!Make sure you check out the trailer below and let us know what you think.

Also, for those who are already dismissing the film as CGI-overload, let me tell you that there is more practical effects and grittiness than you may think based off of the new behind-the-scenes featurette Paramount just released. Based off of the set up, there is plenty the actors got to work with on the set and more.

Make sure you check out the behind-the-scenes featurette below.

The new story will introduce the next generation of characters played by Mackenzie Davis (Blade Runner 2049, Halt and Catch Fire), Natalia Reyes (Lady, La Vendedora de Rosas), Gabriel Luna (“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”, Matador), and Diego Boneta (Scream Queen, Rock of Ages). Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton will be returning to their iconic roles as The Terminator and Sarah Connor from the first two films.

TERMINATOR: DARK FATE is directed by Tim Miller of Deadpool. The film is produced by James Cameron (Avatar, Alita: Battle Angel) and David Ellison (Gemini Man, Mission: Impossible 7). The film is executive produced by Dana Goldberg (Mission: Impossible – Fallout, Gemini Man), Don Granger (Jack Reacher, Snakes on a Plane), Bonnie Curtis (Life, Minority Report), Julie Lynn (Albert Nobbs, To The Bone), Tim Miller, John Kelly (Divergent, Deadpool), and Edward Cheng (Venom, Kong: Skull Island).

The Skydance movie will be distributed domestically by Paramount Pictures and internationally by Disney’s 20th Century Fox. Tencent Pictures will distribute the film in China.

TERMINATOR: DARK FATE is scheduled for a November 1, 2019 release.
